Gastro Menu Options
Please note that menu options may vary depending on stock availability.
All guests must select the same dish for each course. Adjustments can be made for dietary requirements. Please advise me of all allergies prior to booking.
Key: V = Vegetarian, Ve = Vegan, GF = Gluten free.

French onion soup, gruyere crouton

Roasted celeriac soup, toasted walnuts, dill oil (Ve, GF)

Sourdough, smoked salmon mousse, pickled fennel

Pork gyoza

Mushroom gyoza (Ve)

Fried chicken bao bun, hot sauce, blue cheese mayo


Burrata, IOW tomatoes, n'duja, sourdough croutons

Black pudding, celeriac puree, kale, cider sauce, apple


Braised ox cheek, wholegrain mustard mash, honey roasted carrots (GF)

Reverse seared rump steak, hasselback potatoes, with:

chimmichurri / peppercorn sauce, tenderstem broccoli (GF)

Balmoral chicken, whisky cream sauce, pommes purée, tender stem broccoli, chive oil.

Pork belly, celeriac remoulade, caramelised apples, brassicas, wholegrain mustard mash (GF)
