Roasted celeriac soup, toasted walnuts, dill oil (Ve)

Sourdough, Applewood cheddar set custard. (V)

Smoked salmon mousse, pickled cucumber, dill oil, creme fraiche

Pork gyoza, spring onions, chilli oil.

Asparagus, wild garlic hummus, spring onion & hazelnut pesto (Ve).

Mains

Cod loin, Jerusalem artichoke, miso, shimeji mushrooms, Jersey royals

Reverse seared rump steak, hasselback potatoes, with:

chimmichurri / peppercorn sauce / wild mushrooms

Celeriac steak, wild garlic pesto pesto, hasselback potatoes, honey roasted carrots (Ve)

Balmoral chicken, whisky cream sauce, pommes purée, broccoli, chive oil.

Baked salmon, asparagus salad, crushed new potatoes, spring onion mayo.

Braised ox cheek, wholegrain mustard mash, brassicas.
