DJAM KITCHEN, pronounced 'jam' with a silent 'D' - an abbreviation of mine and my two sons' initials.

As seen on BBC Masterchef 2021, and at Bishop Auckland Food Festival (2021, 2022, 2023) & Seaham Food Festival (2021).

Following my Masterchef journey, I decided to pack in the day job and pursue a career as a chef. I have since gained experience in Michelin Starred restaurants, including Roots, York (Tommy Banks). Now focusing on bringing a fine dining experience into people's homes as a personal chef, I have catered for a range of special occasions and family/friend gatherings around the UK, ranging from 4 - 150 guests.
